Responsible for optimizing OPERIA’s revenue performance, this role focuses on monitoring key metrics across sales, onboarding, and client retention on a daily basis.
By identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and aligning workflows between sales, POA, support, and technical teams, the Revenue Operations Manager ensures operational efficiency and scalable growth.
Additionally, the role analyzes performance data to uncover gaps, implements structured systems to streamline execution, and maintains a consistent flow across all revenue-generating functions.
She coordinates OPERIA’s projects from planning to execution, this role focuses on managing priorities, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration on a daily basis.
