This role ensures every salesperson is properly well trained, evaluated, and equipped with the right methodologies, balancing onboarding with continuous performance improvement.
By refining hiring processes, delivering training programs, and collaborating with product and sales teams, the He guarantees OPERIA’s sales network remains effective, consistent & scalable.
Responsible for optimizing OPERIA’s revenue performance, this role focuses on monitoring key metrics across sales, onboarding, and client retention on a daily basis.
By identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and aligning workflows between sales, POA, support, and technical teams, the Revenue Operations Manager ensures operational efficiency and scalable growth.
Additionally, the role analyzes performance data to uncover gaps, implements structured systems to streamline execution, and maintains a consistent flow across all revenue-generating functions.
