This Privacy & Security Policy (“Policy”) governs how data is handled within Operia.pro (the “Website”) and Operia.cloud (the “Platform” or “Modular Business Suite”), collectively referred to as the “Services,” operated by Lumina Digital LLC, located at 2810 N Church St, Wilmington, Delaware 19802, United States (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you (“User,” “you”) acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Scope of Data Handling

All data processed through Operia.pro and Operia.cloud is handled exclusively within the Operia ecosystem. The Company does not sell, share, rent, or transfer User data to third-party companies, organizations, or external commercial entities, now or at any time in the future.

Data remains confined to the Company’s infrastructure and is used solely for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Services.

3. No Third-Party Data Sharing

The Company does not engage in:

resale or monetization of User data

User data is not provided to third-party companies for marketing, analytics resale, or any external commercial purposes.

4. Data Usage Purpose

Data is used strictly to:

operate and deliver the Services

enable platform functionalities

maintain system performance and security

No data is used for external profiling, advertising networks, or unrelated commercial exploitation.

5. Data Security Measures

The Company implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and Users acknowledge the inherent risks of digital infrastructure.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

the data they upload and manage within the Services

ensuring lawful use of such data

maintaining their own backups where necessary

7. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of an active and valid account and is used only to provide and maintain the Services. The Company does not retain data longer than necessary for operational purposes, except where required by law or legitimate system integrity needs.

In the event of account cancellation, suspension, or termination (including for non-payment), the Company reserves the right to delete all associated data without further notice. Once deleted, data may not be recoverable. Users are solely responsible for exporting or backing up any data prior to termination.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such cross-border data processing and storage. While the Company applies consistent internal data protection standards, local laws in these jurisdictions may differ.
